My fascination with hypnosis was sparked many years ago when I came to a difficult place in my own life - one that logic and perfectionism couldn’t solve. A friend suggested hypnotherapy, and as I’m sure some of you are right now, I was skeptical. But over time, the profound and powerful change that occurred was undeniable. After a lifetime of feeling a little far away from myself, I was finally able to rewrite my story and slowly knock down the walls in the way of being exactly who I am.
